Laird Technologies’ axial leaded beads provide economical filtering for differential mode EMI.  Constructed to provide high current carrying capability, these components are well suited for power supply and small signal filtering where flexible through-hole component construction is required.

Laird Technologies’ two-terminal axial lead ferrite beads provide economical filtering for differential mode EMI suppression applications.  Constructed using a continuous 22 gauge conductor, these devices are able to withstand high peak currents that can destroy other surface mount devices.

Commonly referred to as “Six Hole Chokes”, Laird Technologies’ multi-turn components are mainstays of EMI filtering.  Available in multiple through-hole configurations, these components provide high impedance and low frequency filtering with up to 5 amps continuous current.  Flexible through-hole mounting assures these are commonly used in high volume power supplies.
